I consent to Hamptons Realty Group retaining my personal information and storing it securely in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, this information will not be shared with third parties unless permission is first obtained. By ticking this, you accept that Hamptons Realty Group may from time to time send you marketing emails.

I understand that an exclusive mandate means I may not appoint any other agency during the duration of the mandate to market the property while an open mandate means I am able to appoint multiple agencies.

I will at all times act in good faith and not act in any way that prevents the agent from giving full effect to this mandate, in the same way the agent is expected to act with the utmost integrity.
